You support our project managers with administrative and organizational tasks.
You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops with our international clients.
You prepare project documents, presentations and reportings.
You ensure a smooth information and communication flow between all parties involved in English.
You keep track of deadlines and update the project plan.
You are in charge of the documentation of test results and tracing of bug fixing.
A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Information Management or similiar studies
Or: a vocational training in the technical area or training as Digital and Print Media Designer (m/f/d)
First experiences in the project management of an agency, IT or media company
Profound user-knowledge in Microsoft Office
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
High level of social communicative skills and methodical competencies
Basic knowledge in a recognized project management method preferred
Knowledge of process modeling or requirements engineering of advantage
Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian JIRA preferred
Additional language skills of advantage
