Our Strategic Partnership Team provides proactive support and engagement with our customers, focusing on best practice and ensuring our solutions are optimized.

This is what you do!

You will form close working relationships with our global automobile manufactures, providing them with proactive support and recommendations.

You will be part of the Strategic Partnership Team, where we help support the strategy, goals and objectives of our customers.

You work closely with the Account Director and colleagues to support and identify up-selling opportunities for our products and solutions.

You coordinate the successful implementation of website projects and you have the overview of the project’s status at all times.

You will work with our Sales Engineer to fine-tune customer requirements and projects, to ensure we deliver to the customer exactly that what they wished for.

You are responsible for the internal communication & coordination with our internal departments and customers.

You carry out the handover of projects, together with the customer.

You will have an excellent understanding of our digital products and solutions and will be able to support our engagements with the customer.

These are your abilities!

A successfully completed apprenticeship or university degree

Several years of work experience in Digital Marketing or a similar field of work

Strong social communication skills and systematic competencies

Project experience with modern web-projects and knowledge of web design

Knowledge of Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Office and Atlassian JIRA

Excellent German and English written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with Wireframe/Mockup-Tools, e.g. Balsamiq Mockup preferred

Fundamental knowledge of Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop of advantage
