Senior Account Manager (RMS) Europe/International (m/f/d)

This is where you work!

The Sales and marketing team Europe is responsible for the relationship with existing clients.

The team builds the interface to other Cox Automotive sales entities notably in the UK and Europe.

We are always up to date on market wide developments and ready to feedback to the teams on the changes needed to the product.

Our tasks require a high standard of independence and organizational skills – even if the workload is high, we never lose the overview!

Team spirit has a high priority: we think and work together.

This is what you do!

You focus on studying, understanding and educating our clients, rather than just trying to sell to them.

You ensure growing revenue and profitability through compelling insight.

You are responsible for tailored planning and guiding customers through the buying process to a recommended action.

You make sure that our business delivers against its operational plan and that clients take whole solutions from us in line with their needs.

You maintain strong relationships with your clients to protect existing profit and to find every growth opportunity possible.

Remarketing knowledge and extensive experience of market dynamics

Understanding of international pricing and residual values

High level of service mentality and good organizational skills

Distinct questioning structures and listening skills as well as great ability to assimilate accurate Client research and insight

Excellent attention to detail and very good presentation skills

Negotiation skills to ensure a positive outcome with a permanent focus on revenue growth and risk mitigation

Fixation on solution selling, growing product penetration and optimizing profit

Inquisitiveness and innovation as well as always feeding back ideas on gaps in the Marketplace

Very good German writing and verbal communication skills
