Head of Accounts (m/f/d)

Our team is the interface between the development teams, the customer and sales.

We transform customer needs into work steps and coordinate the allocation of time and resources.

As organizational players, we keep track even when the workload is heavy.

Our implementation of high quality websites guarantees customer satisfaction.

This is what you do!

You develop and optimize internal workflows, quality standards and team goals.

You develop strategies and measures for cross- and upselling with focus on providing additional value to customers.

You ensure a continuous flow of communication and know-how both internal and external with regular meetings and workshops.

You conceive bottom-up strategies for expanding dealer coverage within a brand together with the Head of Sales.

You actively support your team with customer meeting preparation. Your presence at important meetings is a must.

You work closely together with the Country Manager and the Sales department.

You familiarize yourself with our product range to provide customers with advice and strategic support.

You create offers and manage tenders for large manufacturer projects together with the Account Director and the responsible Account Coordinators.

These are your abilities!

A successfully completed degree with focus on commercial, IT, media or marketing

Relevant professional experience, preferably in one of these fields of activity: customer service, marketing, digital, project management, media

Strong social-communicative and negotiating skills as well as a high level of commitment

Several years of leadership experience

Excellent German and English writing and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft CRM

Project experience with web projects and knowledge of web design of advantage

Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence of advantage

Affinity for online marketing and automobile trading preferred
