New Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

This is where you work!

The Sales and marketing team Europe is responsible for the relationship with existing clients.

The team builds the interface to other Cox Automotive sales entities notably in the UK and in the rest of Europe.

We are always up to date on market wide developments and ready to feedback to the teams on the changes needed to the product.

Our tasks require a high standard of independence and organizational skills – even if the workload is high, we never lose the overview!

Team spirit has a high priority: we think and work together.

This is what you do!

You are going to be recognised in the market place and the Cox organisation as the spearhead for new RMS client development in Europe.

You manage the sales, funnel input as well as the handover of new clients to the project teams and the Account Manager.

You utilise the full potential of the New Business CRM and maintain its content is accurate and up to date.

You develop the sales offering in cooperation with the Senior Leadership Team and the Director for Sales and Marketing.

You work closely with the Marketing Manager, follow up on new leads and make sure that every campaign is followed through.

These are your abilities!

A successfully completed degree in Business Management or strong evidence of successful track record of success in this field or a comparable education

Experience of success within the automotive remarketing sector

Experience in building successful business relationships

Strong sales skills and passionate about delivering high quality products & services

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

High service mentality and self- motivation

Excellent German or French writing and verbal communication skills

Good English skills
