Marketing Manager RMS Automotive and Manheim EU (m/f/d)

This is where you work!

You work in our headquarter in Koblenz and report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing Continental Europe of RMS and Manheim.

Marketing is a top priority for us and is a central component of our global corporate and sales strategy.

Our marketing is a strong partner for sales and contributes significantly to lead generation.

We also focus on a uniform brand identity as well as research and analytics and the constant further development of our marketing.

A newly implemented CRM and digital experts across departments support us in achieving our goals.

This is what you do!

You work in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Clients to develop annual and quarterly strategic marketing plans.

You execute dealer communications, advertising, brand strategy and promotions as well as European sales initiatives and business development in markets.

You manage the creative development process for all campaign collateral, working closely with either internal creative teams or external agency partners to ensure high quality, on-brand and accurate work.

You promote and build the RMS and Manheim brand in the European market through event sponsorship, public relations efforts, website updates and social marketing tactics and take care of the follow-up as well as the related reporting.

You maintain positive relationships with clients and manage expectations in a project management capacity and develop promotional campaigns to meet client objectives and goals.

You collaborate with and support the sales team in the development of key sales materials and tools.

You support client RFP/RFI sales and marketing efforts from a content and presentation perspective.

Recognized degree or equivalent qualifications in Marketing/Advertising/Business field required

3+ years B2B marketing experience and/or B2B advertising experience

Experience with Business Development (from a marketing perspective)

Strong analytical, presentation, storytelling and writing skills

Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork

Interpersonal communication skills

Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)

Experience with traditional and digital marketing tactics preferred

Knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics preferred
